About Us
​Twin Oaks Equity Partners, founded in 2009, is a New York City based, privately held investment firm focused on real estate, asset-backed lending, and alternative assets. With current holdings exceeding 1.5 million sf, the firm manages and owns multifamily, mixed use, industrial, hospitality, and office properties across the East Coast. Recently, the firm has been pursuing opportunistic properties in the Southeastern United States, retail centers in secondary and tertiary urban markets, and special situations in the New York area.
