William Yagoda
​William Yagoda is a founding principal of Twin Oaks, where he oversees acquisitions, all matters of financial reporting and investor relations. William was formerly at Madison Capital Management, where he focused on acquisitions nationwide. Prior to Madison, William was a Vice President at the Chetrit Group, a real estate company whose holdings include more than $1 billion of nationwide real estate including the Sears Tower. There, he completed transactions totaling more than $500 million, including properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn and North Carolina. Mr. Yagoda is a cum laude MBA graduate from Columbia Business School and received a BSc from the Stern School of Business at NYU.

Brian Yagoda
Brian Yagoda is a principal at Twins Oaks where he is responsible for all matters of investment analysis, ranging from real estate equity and credit to real asset investments. Prior to Twin Oaks, Brian was a Director in the Structured Credit Group at Standard Poor’s Rating Services, where analyzed a wide-variety of complex credit securitizations, including CRE CDO’s, CLO’s, transportation ABS, and non-traditional ABS. At S&P, he was involved in the analysis and rating of transactions totaling over $300 billion. Mr. Yagoda earned his BSE, with honors, in Mathematical Sciences and Economics and his MSE, with honors, in Applied Mathematics, both from the John Hopkins University.

Fi
Cheng
Fi Cheng is [TITLE] of Twin Oaks. She is a seasoned finance and operations [director or manager]. She is responsible for [???... I guess you could just make something up if you felt the need to be more specific. At FPM, I was responsible for most day to day financial operations and deal accounting until we moved to third party managers.] Ms. Cheng has helped manage over $100 million (is this too puny to mention??!!?) of real estate assets and mezzanine loans. Prior to joining Twin Oaks, she consulted to blue chip corporations and private foundations on strategy and market access issues in the US and China. She also advised private foundations and nonprofits on evaluation and stakeholder engagement. For over a decade, Ms. Cheng served as CFO to two NY sports nonprofits, helping to expand their reach and programs. Ms. Cheng holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Anthropology from Johns Hopkins University.
